ArborX
Performance-portable geometric search, clustering, and interpolation
ArborX is an open-source C++ library that brings fast geometric search to modern HPC architectures. Built on Kokkos, it runs efficiently on multicore CPUs and GPUs from multiple vendors, from a single node to distributed-memory systems via MPI. ArborX provides spatial and nearest-neighbor searches over a wide range of geometries, and uses them to power higher-level capabilities such as density-based clustering (DBSCAN, HDBSCAN) and moving least squares interpolation.
